Yvette Reid – Head of Human Resources
Yvette is Integrity’s Head of Human Resources based in London. She is responsible for providing Human resource management and support to Integrity in London, the US, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
Yvette has over 15 years’ experience of human resource management including responsibility for managing national and global human resources functions, service delivery and executing strategy for a range of private sector organisations. This has included organisational development, recruitment and selection, performance management and employee engagement projects. Before joining Integrity, she spent two years contracting in different public sector organisations as an HR Business Partner including working on an organisational change management programme at an ALB which involved researching and consulting on ways in which the organisation could work flexibly in line with government strategy. In addition, Yvette was instrumental in the review and design of policies post the merger and reorganisation of a Further Education College as well as providing operational business as usual activities and general HR advice for a social enterprise. As a qualified trainer she has designed and delivered a range of workshops including management training, employment law updates and business specific workshops.
Yvette is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (MCIPD) having graduated from Sussex University with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. She also holds a Law degree from Southbank University and a teaching certificate in Further and Adult Education.
