Kelly Skeith – Vice President, Delivery

Kelly is a Vice President, Delivery, based in our DC office. Kelly is developing the business strategy for our U.S. monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) services. She also plays a leadership role on contracted projects, including technical delivery, project management, and oversight.

Kelly has more than ten years of experience designing, managing, and implementing MEL projects for U.S. Government agencies and other international donors and organizations. Prior to Integrity, she was the Senior Design, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for Freedom House, in which she led the project design and MEL practice for democracy, governance and human rights projects around the world. Before, Kelly was the Deputy Director of Performance Evaluation at Social Impact where she designed and led research and evaluations focused on program learning and improving the effectiveness of international development, specifically in fragile or conflict-affected contexts.

Kelly has a Master’s degree from Columbia University in Economics and Political Development with concentrations in Conflict and Humanitarian Emergencies and Methods for Development. She has a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University in International Business.
