Career Development
Learning and Development at Integrity
Your development at Integrity commences from day one of joining with a structured induction. Throughout your career, you will have regular reviews and annual appraisals. These are 2-way meetings designed to optimise your potential.
Here are some examples of the development initiatives you can expect during your Integrity career.
Starting out at Integrity
“I started working at Integrity as an intern before being promoted to a Project Officer and moving to the Operations directorate. During my internship I was able to pursue my interest in how organisations learned and was able to work with our teams to make incremental enhancements to Integrity’s knowledge management systems. This specialism led me into a role of Data and Knowledge Manager, and in 2018 I was promoted to the role of Senior Data and Knowledge Manager. Our team helps Integrity’s clients and global team make decisions based on evidence through a mixture of process, training and appropriate digital technologies. Throughout my time at Integrity I have developed a broad spectrum of technical and managerial skills.”
My experience at Integrity
“I have worked with Integrity as Finance Manager for the last 4 years and have been consistently impressed with the financial processes, expertise and systems utilised by the team. During my time at Integrity, I have received training and mentorship, which has been invaluable in helping me to develop both my managerial and accounting skills. I truly value the work that Integrity does and its values. This is a constant reminder when I am producing financial and management reports, running the payroll, requesting financial information from the team or mentoring my staff. I also value the work life balance, which keeps me going during challenging times.”
Tailoring my role at Integrity
“I have had an interesting career at Integrity having started out as a project consultant in Beirut before moving to a staff position as Services Manager in the same location. Following on from my time in Beirut, I was entrusted to set up Integrity’s Pakistan Office in Islamabad and took on the role of Head of Office where I spent two years managing Integrity’s in-country portfolio. I was able to leverage the skills and experiences gained in my previous Integrity roles to find new ways to meet challenges faced whilst in Pakistan. Now back in London, Integrity has provided me with a variety of opportunities to be involved in project work that contributes to meaningful change. Integrity has been great at providing the opportunity to relocate and adjust my roles flexibly according to my personal circumstances.”
