Colin is Vice-President, Delivery at Integrity, based in London. He oversees the delivery of Integrity’s UK portfolio of projects globally.

Colin has over 25 years’ experience of international affairs in the UK’s diplomatic service. His career has focussed on national security issues, as well as stabilisation in fragile and post-conflict environments. He has been seconded to both the European Commission and European External Action Service (EEAS), as well as to the Canadian Foreign Ministry. He has a strong background in project delivery, as a graduate of the cross-government Major Projects Leadership Academy (MPLA) at Said Business School, and previously as FCO head of profession for project delivery. He has been a high-risk project reviewer for the UK government’s Infrastructure and Projects Authority, IPA.

He is a graduate of Bristol University, and subsequently secured an Erasmus Scholarship to do an MA at Leeds University and Universiteit Gent in Belgium.
