Integrity is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for the USAID/Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) Iraq Monitoring Project (IMP). The purpose of IMP will be to establish a Third-Party Monitoring system for the USAID/BHA Mission, including providing timely, independent, and impartial primary data to all stakeholders. Additionally, this award will provide services to strengthen the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) capabilities of USAID/BHA staff, Implementing Partners (IPs), and targeted local partners.
