Project Objectives
Provide the basis for an evaluation of FCDO’s Sub-National Governance (SNG) Programme in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
Project Outputs
The purpose of the SNG programme, carried out in 12 districts of Punjab and KPK, was to input on public finance reform, support improved planning and budgeting, strengthen service delivery monitoring and the establishment of District Delivery Challenge Funds. One of the conditions set by FCDO was that the programme be evaluated independently. Integrity produced recommendations on the evaluability of the programme, validated the baseline and provided options for the evaluation methodology.
