Ada Sonnenfeld — Head of Fragility and Violent Conflict
Ada is Head of Fragility and Violent Conflict in the Services Team at Integrity, based in London. She helps develop better FVC approaches to support the goal of building sustainable peace. She leads design, and provides oversight and support to technical delivery of Integrity’s FVC work. Ada also leads institutional learning and external engagement in FVC, to ensure Integrity shares learning and that we learn from others.
Prior to working at Integrity, Ada led evidence synthesis research projects in peacebuilding and governance at the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie). She also worked with the Aga Khan Foundation in Afghanistan where she led the design and development of new programming in integrated rural development. Ada has carried out research and evaluations drawing on a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods. She has worked in diverse contexts, including four years based in fragile and conflict-affected areas, and has engaged with many types of stakeholders.
Ada holds a BA in International Development, with a concentration in governance and civil society, from McGill University, and an MSc in Impact Evaluation for International Development from the University of East Anglia.
