Integrity Supports USAID Iraq Monitoring Project

Integrity is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded the Iraq Monitoring Project (IMP) through the USAID Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA). Over the next five years, Integrity will work closely with USAID/BHA and the agency’s Implementing Partners to deliver Third Party Monitoring (TPM) to BHA’s Iraq portfolio with the support of our consortium partners, Management Systems International (MSI) and 4Points.

BHA’s programs in Iraq support Complex Emergencies, with a focus on WASH; health; protection, shelter, and humanitarian coordination; and food assistance through cash-based transfers. In Fiscal Year 2022, BHA also plans to provide funding for risk-reduction and resilience-building activities in response to Iraq’s increasing water scarcity as a result of climate change.

Our consortium’s combined expertise in TPM, BHA programming, and Iraq’s operating environment will enable us to provide continuous feedback to stakeholders on project progress, support decision making, and facilitate learning. Integrity is excited to build upon our work providing TPM services in some of the world’s most complex contexts and continue our successful partnership with MSI.

Speaking at the start of the project inception, Project Director, Tamara Tamimi said, “Integrity is incredibly pleased to be working in collaboration to deliver this important TPM activity. Together, with our partners, we will provide the information needed to support real-time programmatic course corrections and inform current and future programmatic decision-making.

Our approach is collaborative, utilization focused and contextually grounded, given more than 8 years of experience in Iraq and our consortium’s 40+ years of delivering MEL services in other complex conflicts and humanitarian emergencies”
