Engaging the Private Sector, Sri Lanka

Project objective(s): Support development of an improved engagement strategy to build long-term relationships with the tea sector in the pursuit of poverty alleviation and livelihoods development.

Project outcome(s): Integrity supported on adapting the existing engagement approach, and developing new partner-specific strategies. We conducted interviews with staff and corporate partners, and held a staff-training workshop to develop a strategy targeting new partners, and ensuring a high level of impact across existing partnerships. The strategy was designed to be to adaptive to changing socio-economic and political landscape and the evolving role of the private sector in Sri Lanka.
