Project Objectives
To develop an in depth understanding of community access to justice and key service provider offerings by conducting analysis of the justice sector in opposition-held areas of northern Syria.
Project Outputs
The research and analysis process for this project includes a mapping of current justice courts and actors, and includes field research to develop an in-depth understanding of community access to justice and key service provider offerings, including police, courts, local councils and community elders. This project will seek to identify suitable entry points for a potential future pilot justice programme in Syria.
