Will Lowrie – Head of Data and Knowledge Management
Will is Integrity’s Head of Data and Knowledge Management (DKM) based in the UK. He leads the Data and Knowledge Management service that designs and delivers data collection, analysis and presentation solutions and information management systems. Will interprets complex knowledge management challenges in projects across multiple themes and sectors to implement sustainable, context-relevant solutions for organisations and research, monitoring, evaluation and learning programmes.
He works with a network of technical delivery partners to turn data into actionable knowledge through practical approaches to DKM, including in fragile and conflict-affected environments. He has delivered 50+ DKM projects, leading teams providing digital MEL platforms, data collection systems, knowledge management strategies and advisory services to governments and the private sector, including for nationwide MEL projects for the UK Government in Somalia and for a multi-lateral donor in Afghanistan.
Will presents Integrity’s DKM work in communities of practice (eg MERL Tech), authors and peer reviews Learning Notes and Position Papers on integrating digital services in development programmes, and holds an MSc in Development and Security, a BSc in Politics from the University of Bristol’s School of Politics and International Studies, and a Data Analysis qualification.
