Steven Lally – Senior Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
Steven is a Senior Manager within our services team, specialising in Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. Steven works as an Evaluation Expert and Project Manager on two independent FCDO evaluations – the UK Humanitarian Emergency Operations and Stabilisation Programme (HEROS) and the Multi-Year Humanitarian Programme in Pakistan (MYHP). He recently supported two global evaluations, one on health and another on education as part of the Evaluation and Learning services to the £1.2 billion cross-HMG Prosperity Fund. Other responsibilities include MEL services to the Tony Blair Institute.
Steven has extensive technical and management experience of working across research, policy and evaluation with a particular focus on health, nutrition, international development and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. He has managed research and evaluation projects across a range of thematic areas and has the skills to lead the methodological design, qualitative, quantitative analysis, delivery and communication of results for a range of clients. Steven brings 15 years of experience from research, policy and consultancy institutions including work as an independent consultant for the international governments, UN agencies and think tanks.
Steven holds an MSc in Psychiatric Epidemiology from King’s College London and the London School of Hygiene and Medicine.
