Steven Lally – Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
Steven is a Manager within our Services Team, based in London, specialising in Research, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. Steven works within the Services Directorate and his work focuses on Health and Education programmes, including providing Evaluation and Learning Services to the multi-country UK Prosperity Fund.
Steven has extensive technical experience of working across research, policy and evaluation with a particular focus on health, nutrition, international development and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. He has managed research and evaluation projects across a range of disciplines and undertaken prepositioning, conceptualisation, methodological design, qualitative and quantitative analysis, delivery and communication of results for a wide range of clients. Steven has worked for some of the most respected research and policy institutions in the UK including the Overseas Development Institute, the Institute of Development Studies and University College London. Steven has also worked as an independent consultant for the UK and international governments, UN agencies, think-tanks and academic institutions providing policy advice, research expertise, implementation and evaluation support to a range of programmes.
Steven holds a MSc in Psychiatric Epidemiology from King’s College London and the London School of Hygiene and Medicine.
