Sharon Cooley – Vice President, Business Development (USA)
Sharon is Vice President, Business Development, based in our DC office. Sharon leads Integrity’s business development and growth strategy in the US market. She will focus on supporting the organization’s trajectory toward high impact international development projects with a variety of clients, including USAID.
Sharon brings over 25 years of experience working on international development programs across the globe. She is a business development professional who for the past 12 years has led the proposal and business development function for large and small organizations, including as Senior Vice President, Development, for Creative Associates International. She served on the Board of Directors of the Society for International Development, elected to the post by industry peers. Sharon also brings local governance experience, including in the City Manager’s Office of Management and Budget for a large California city. She leveraged this experience to local government and civil society strengthening projects for USAID and the World Bank internationally (for the Urban Institute in over 10 countries).
Sharon has a Master’s in Social and Political Theory from the New School for Social Research.
