Rashid Nazir – Head of Office, Pakistan
Rashid Nazir is a Head of Office at Integrity based in Islamabad, Pakistan. In this role, he is responsible for coordinating Integrity’s work on all Pakistan projects; developing new and existing clients, accounts, and consultant relationships; and sustaining, identifying, and building new business opportunities.
Rashid has more than 18 years of multisectoral (Education, Maternal and Child Health, Child Labour, and WASH) Monitoring and Evaluation experience working for profit, non-profit and multilateral organisations – Management Systems International, Palladium, Jhpiego, International Rescue Committee (IRC) and UNICEF. He has extensive experience in designing and managing large scale third-party monitoring projects, household surveys, data quality assessments, development of M&E frameworks, GIS mapping, paperless data collection systems, and capacity building of public and private organizations on MEL using a Collaborative, Learning, and Adaptive approach. He has also led the efforts to strengthen public sector Education and Health Management Information Systems – EMIS and HMIS.
While working with IRC and UNICEF, he served in emergencies – earthquake and floods – recovery and rehabilitation response programmes in Pakistan and Timor-Leste. He has designed, managed, and implemented various third-party monitoring projects in fragile and conflict-affected areas.
Rashid holds an MSc degree in Mathematics from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan and an MSc degree in Computer Sciences from the National College of Computer Sciences, Pakistan.
