Patience Lulu – Manager, Project Management
Patience is a Manager within the Services Team and the Acting Head of Office in Nairobi, Kenya. She supports Integrity with project management and technical delivery on many of our most demanding projects in fragile and conflict affected contexts, while supporting on business development and account management and wider institutional learning across East Africa.
At Integrity, Patience has managed and contributed to projects for FCDO, USAID and World Bank working in different contexts including Kenya, Somalia, and Afghanistan. She has managed budgets of over GBP 5M, and maintained operational oversight and remote management of the activities of over 15 field personnel working across Somalia. She is experienced in critical technical roles, work planning over 200 Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) site visits a year and making with substantial technical inputs to Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Assistance and Financial Monitoring activities.
Patience holds a BA in International Relations from United States International University – Africa and an Advanced Project Management Diploma from the Kenya Institute of Project Management.
