Olympe Julienne – Services Manager
Olympe is a Services Manager based at Integrity’s Amman office, working on management and implementation of research, monitoring and evaluation programmes. Olympe focuses primarily on MENA countries and DRC, where she currently manages the research component of a governance and accountability project. Whilst working for Integrity, Olympe also completed a research project on the quality of teaching and learning inside Syria for DFID, leading a team of researchers in and outside of the country.
She has a background in M&E, conducting various missions as monitor for the European Union in the MENA region and was senior analyst for the third-party monitoring of a multi-donor security and justice programme in Syria. She more recently specialised in stabilisation programming and conflict sensitivity approach, conducting for example an Integrated Peace and Conflict Analysis for the GIZ in Syria. Olympe has also delivered lectures in various French universities, focusing on how to train and stimulate learning.
Olympe holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and a Bachelor’s in Political Sciences from the French university Sciences-Po Paris.
