Naji Harfouche – Services Manager
Naji Harfouche is a Services Manager at Integrity based in London. Naji has managed a number of Integrity’s MENA projects, including the research component of the Syria Essential Services II Programme and the CSSF Egypt Research and Analysis Programme. He currently manages the Independent Monitoring and Rapid Research for DFID’s Safety Support and Solutions Phase II Programme, and is responsible for ensuring all activities are delivered on time and within budget, and managing the identification, management, mitigation, and reporting of programme and operational risks.
Naji’s background is in working with young people who are seeking asylum in the UK. Prior to joining Integrity, he worked at a housing placement for unaccompanied refugees and asylum seekers, where he supported residents to access education, legal counsel and health services, and facilitated their transition to independent living in the UK.
Naji holds a BA in American History and Politics from the University of East Anglia and a MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS University. His MSc thesis examined Lebanon’s policy of non-encampment in the context of historical labour migration from Syria to Lebanon.
