    Mignonne Fowlis – Senior Manager, Services

    Mignonne is a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Manager in Integrity’s Services Team, based in New York. She supports on third-party monitoring and analysis, project reporting, and the design and implementation of monitoring activities.

    Before joining Integrity, Mignonne provided MEL, analysis and reporting, and research support to various humanitarian, gender equality and conflict, peace and security programmes, including at UNICEF and the Conflict Prevention and Peace Forum, Social Science Research Council. She has designed and implemented M&E frameworks, methodologies and research studies, including on community-led GBV prevention and response strategies, and access to justice and security mechanisms for displaced communities in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Central African Republic. Mignonne has worked on a range of humanitarian and conflict-affected contexts, with a specific focus on Central and East Africa.

    Mignonne holds an MA in Human Rights from the Institute for the Study of Human Rights at Columbia University, and a BA(Hons) in Philosophy and Politics from the University of Manchester.
