Megan Weaver – Senior Manager, Project Management

Megan is a Senior Manager, Project Management within our Services Team, based in our DC office. She is primarily focused on the roll-out, management, and delivery of Integrity’s USAID-funded projects. Her background is in project management and operations and has supported programs funded by USAID/BHA, US State Department, ECHO, DFID, and UN agencies.

Megan has over eight years of experience supporting and managing humanitarian aid projects for non-governmental organizations at both headquarters and field levels. Prior to Integrity, she was the field-based Project Manager for a large-scale, multi-sectoral ECHO project in Sudan, where she led the implementation of primary health care and nutrition activities for vulnerable populations in Darfur and Blue Nile State. Before working in Sudan, Megan supported direct humanitarian program implementation in South Sudan and Iraq, focusing on program development, operational management, and reporting for health, nutrition, and gender-based violence programs. She started her career supporting global capacity building programs for humanitarian actors, including both online and in-person trainings. Championing the learning and development of field-based teams and advocating for community-centered approaches remains a central component of her work.
