Luke Crimi – Senior Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

Luke is a Senior Manager within our Services Team at Integrity, based in the London office. He specialises in the design and delivery of large multi-year and complex donor programmes.

Luke has over 8 years of experience working within a number of international development consultancies providing a range of services for donors including DFID, the FCO, World Bank and the EU. He has experience designing, delivering, monitoring and evaluating programmes across a wide range of thematic areas including economic growth, private sector development, public financial management and institutional governance, and has experience delivering programmes in complex environments including in East Africa, Asia and the Middle East. He is interested in adaptive and flexible programme design and implementation, and how operational, institutional and political complexity is captured in effective programme design, delivery and learning.

Luke has a Master’s degree in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies from the University of Liverpool with a thematic focus on globalisation and development, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in geography and international relations from Lancaster University.
