Lamia Renaud – Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
Lamia is a Manager within our Services Team, based in London. Her work focuses on the design, monitoring and evaluation of international development projects. She has specific expertise in theory based evaluation and in supporting teams develop strong programme theory and MEL tools. She is an experienced user and facilitator of the Actor-based Change (ABC) Framework for Theories of Change workshops, Project Design, and Evaluations.
Before joining Integrity, Lamia worked at Palladium, in the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation team, and later as a Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist in the Climate Change, Environment and Natural Resources team. While there, she supported project teams in the design and roll out of theories of change and monitoring frameworks for a number of DFID and Prosperity Fund programmes. She was also the GESI lead on the BEIS-funded UK Partnership for Accelerated Climate Transition. Lamia conducted a number of internal evaluations and co-authored a Contribution Analysis on the Empowerment, Voice & Accountability for Better Health & Nutrition (EVA-BHN) programme using the ABC Framework to guide the methodology. She co-presented this approach and findings at the American Evaluation Association, in Minneapolis in November 2019.
Lamia has worked for clients that include DFID, FCO, EC but also Private Sector companies and Government departments. She led the development of theories of change and monitoring frameworks for a range of impact investments in East and West Africa.
Lamia holds an MSc in Globalisation and Development Studies from the University of London School of Oriental and African Studies and a BA in Business Management and Sustainability from the University of Winchester. She grew up in Western France and in Morocco.
