Lamia Renaud – Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

Lamia is a Manager within our Services Team, based in London. She has expertise in theory-based evaluation and in supporting teams develop strong programme theory and MEL tools.

Before joining Integrity, Lamia worked at Palladium, in the Research, Monitoring and Evaluation team, and later as a Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist. Lamia conducted a number of internal evaluations and co-authored a Contribution Analysis on the Empowerment, Voice & Accountability for Better Health & Nutrition (EVA-BHN) programme using the ABC Framework to guide the methodology. She co-presented this approach and findings at the American Evaluation Association, in Minneapolis in November 2019. In 2021, she won the Early Career Prize at the UK Evaluation Societey Annual Conference.

Lamia holds an MSc in Globalisation and Development Studies from the University of London School of Oriental and African Studies and a BA in Business Management and Sustainability from the University of Winchester. She grew up in Western France and in Morocco.
