Lamia Renaud – Senior Expert, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
Lamia is a Senior Expert in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), at Integrity. She is specialised in designing, implementing, and evaluating international development programmes and in supporting teams develop strong programme theory and MEL tools. Her thematic expertise is specifically focused on Climate Security, Gender and Social Inclusion and Political Economy Analysis. Lamia currently provides MEL advisory services to the Global Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Partnership for the UK Conflict, Stability and Security Fund. She has contributed to a number Integrity programmes including as an Evaluator in two Prosperity Fund Evaluations, as a Political Economy Advisor for the Tony Blair Institute, and as a Project Manager for the International Rescue Committee.
Before joining Integrity, Lamia worked at Palladium as a Design, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Specialist for different portfolios including Climate, Environment and Natural Resources, Health, Governance, Economic Growth, and Impact Investing. Lamia is a member of the UK Evaluation Society’s Young and Emerging Evaluator Group. In May 2021, she was awarded the UK ES Early Career Evaluator Prize at Society’s Annual Conference.
Lamia holds an MSc in Globalisation and Development Studies from the University of London School of Oriental and African Studies and a BA in Business Management and Sustainability from the University of Winchester.
