Kelly is Integrity’s Head of Communications based in London. She brings over 25 years of communications experience which has been shaped in the BBC’s international news environment. Her experience of developing and implementing a major corporate online strategy from conception to delivery is coupled with hands-on experience of managing complex multilingual, multiplatform projects.

Following her role as the Managing Editor for BBC World Service Future Media, Kelly transferred her journalistic skills to the world of international development and spent ten years working for the Institute of Development Studies (IDS). Here she led a team of communications and knowledge staff and delivered a large research to policy project portfolio.

Kelly has a wealth of creative story telling skills and experience. At Integrity she is responsible for delivering impact-oriented communication products, sector wide engagement and developing mutual engagement and learning across a broad portfolio of projects. She provides strategic leadership to ensure effective processes for developing and delivering high quality and impactful communications programmes in collabora­tion with partners around the world.
