Kaitlin Conklin – Business Manager
Kaitlin is a Business Manager at Integrity, based in Washington, DC. She leads Integrity’s US business development efforts, including outreach to US-based partners, and clients such as USAID and the US State Department.
Before joining Integrity, Kaitlin worked in business development at Search for Common Ground, the world’s largest dedicated peacebuilding nonprofit organization. There, she worked across several teams, including the regional portfolio for Central & East Africa, as well as global technical teams including MEL; research; program strategy and quality; and children & youth.
Kaitlin also coordinated global business development at Freedom House, a leading NGO in promoting international democracy and human rights. Previously, at the United States Institute of Peace (USIP), Kaitlin worked as a Program Specialist with the Iraq department, as well as a Research Assistant for the USIP Academy. Ranging from grant writer to Executive Director, much of Kaitlin’s foundational work in international development began at New Story Leadership for the Middle East, an Israel-Palestine organization focused on youth and person-to-person narrative peacebuilding.
Kaitlin holds a BA in Political Science from Yale University and an MA in International Conflict Resolution from Georgetown University.
