Giulia Quadri is Integrity’s Senior Business Manager. Based in the UK, she is responsible for leading key priority bids, developing and managing client relations, building winning teams and consortia, and implementing best-of-sector proposal processes. Giulia supports the development and execution of the Integrity business development strategy and works with the regional offices to build bespoke strategies.

Giulia is a result-oriented bid manager and business development specialist with over 7 years’ experience in the role. Before joining Integrity, she worked for Oxford Policy Management where she secured over £25 million of bids per year on average. As Senior Bid Specialist she managed the largest and most complex bids, formulated commercial strategies, drafted proposal sections, managed budgets and led on negotiations with externals. Prior to Oxford Policy Management, Giulia was part of the Business Development team at Cardno Emerging Markets.

Giulia owns an MA in History, Politics and Cooperation (hons) from Roma Tre University and a post-graduate certificate in Project Management from Il Sole 24 Ore Business School.
