Georgie Nink – Manager, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning
Georgie is a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager within our Services Team at Integrity, based in Amman, Jordan. She works on the design and delivery of Integrity’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and Research, Evidence and Analysis (REA) projects across the MENA region, focusing on design and proposal development, technical delivery, and project management. This includes leading Integrity’s MEL support to the USAID-funded Essential Services program in Northeast Syria, which involves overseeing data collection, analysis, and MEL reporting.
Georgie has extensive technical experience managing humanitarian programs and MEL/REA projects for governmental, non-governmental and UN clients. From 2015-2018, she worked for a Jordan-based INGO, Questscope, leading youth programming in Zaatari Camp for Syrian Refugees in northern Jordan. She supported and later led a Youth Center serving 300 refugees per day, taking on roles on MEL, team leadership, and program development. During this time, she first became interested in humanitarian assistance, aid effectiveness, monitoring and evaluation, migration and displacement, and protection and Gender Based Violence (GBV). Further building upon these interests, after leaving the Zaatari Camp role she led qualitative research on Syrian refugee returns for iMMAP in central and northern Jordan before joining Integrity in 2020 to support its MEL work in MENA.
She has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University where she focused on international security, Middle East studies, and Arabic.
