Elisabeta is a Senior Manager within our Business Team based in London, responsible for consultant engagement and management on the Global Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Partnership for the UK’s Conflict, Stability and Security Fund.

Elisabeta is an accomplished Project Manager with over 12 years of experience in the international development sector. She has an excellent track record of bringing together highly technical bids and winning contracts in a challenging and fast-moving environment, as well as managing complex projects in developing countries with difficult environments. Before joining Integrity, Elisabeta managed the Frameworks team at Oxford Policy Management, overseeing the delivery of their multi-year and multi-disciplinary Framework Agreements with various donors, including HMG and UNICEF. Prior to that role, she was part of the EC Frameworks Unit at Cardno Emerging Markets, where she successfully led project acquisition and implementation.

Elisabeta holds a double MA in European studies and a double BA in International studies, from the University of Studies of Turin (Italy) and the Institute of Political Sciences of Bordeaux (France).
