Dulce is a Senior Manager within our Services Team based in London. She brings a cross-cutting skillset in communications to her technical and management roles at Integrity, where she contributes to the design and delivery of Integrity’s programmes.

Dulce started her career as a management consultant with PwC focusing on public policy and services. She has over ten years of experience spanning project management, monitoring and evaluation and business development. Dulce is a visual storyteller who uses her drawing skills to make complex or sensitive issues and concepts more accessible, and often fun. Her visual work has been featured in publications and presented at conferences.

She has a Master’s degree with Distinction in Sociology from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology (First-class honours) from the University of Bristol. She is currently studying part-time for an MA in Development Communication at Malmö University, Sweden. Dulce grew up in Finland with one foot in Latin America, but has made Bristol, UK, home.
