Cristin is a Senior Expert at Integrity based in Amman, focused on monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) as well as data and knowledge management (DKM).

Prior to joining Integrity, Cristin worked in humanitarian information management with iMMAP, an international NGO, supporting needs assessments, as well as project or activity performance monitoring. Cristin also worked in traditional management consulting with Deloitte, focused on the US federal market, providing organizational assessment/redesign, MEL, change management and capacity strengthening support to Department of State, Army and FBI portfolios among others. Her functional expertise lies in methodology design; indicator, log frame and analysis plan development; sampling, data collection tool and xls form design; data quality control & assurance and management; quantitative & qualitative analysis; map, infographic and dashboard development; capacity strengthening and coordination.

Cristin holds an MA and BA in International Affairs from Columbia University and American University respectively.
