Caterina Floriani Mussolini – Operations Officer
Caterina is an Operations Officer at Integrity, based in London. She supports the operations, development and delivery of projects across Integrity’s portfolio of work, primarily assisting the CSSF Global MEL Project.
Before joining Integrity, Caterina was a Civil Servant for the Italian Red Cross based in Panama, implementing projects on violence prevention and response seconded by the Panamanian Red Cross. During this time, she also supported the drafting of the Migration Strategy for the Panamanian Red Cross as a gender advisor.
Prior to joining the Italian Red Cross as a Civil Servant, Caterina worked as an intern for the Global Partnership to End Violence Against Children, being part of the Prevention of Violence Team of the World Health Organization, based in Geneva.
Caterina holds a MA in International Relations/Political Science from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID) in Geneva, and a BA in Political Science from LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome. For her final MA dissertation, she conducted research on family planning in People’s Republic of China under a gender perspective, analysing the impact and implications of the one-child policy on women’s condition using Critical Discourse Analysis.
