Ben Millinchip – Head of Office, Islamabad
Ben is Integrity’s Head of Office in Pakistan. In this role, he is the lead in country for project delivery, business development, operational security and people management. In addition to these responsibilities, Ben is the Third-Party Monitoring Project Manager for the DAFPAK (Family Planning) programme, DFID’s largest healthcare programme in Pakistan.
Prior to Integrity, Ben worked for PwC as a member of the government consultancy sector practice. During this time, he worked on a range of international, national and local programmes, mostly on security and healthcare themes. He is a qualified programme and project manager, with experience in strategy and policy development, programme implementation, evaluations and monitoring work. During 2014, Ben worked in Geneva as part of the WHO Ebola Crisis Response Team, based in Geneva. In 2015, he spent a year on secondment with the UK Civil Service.
Ben has a Masters with Distinction in International Security and Global Governance from the University of London (Birkbeck), and a BA in History from Oxford University. He is a specialist in the application of network theory within International Relations, with a focus on the shifting behaviours of non-state actor networks.
Ben is an elected member of Chatham House and member of RUSI. He holds project management qualifications in Prince2 and MSP (both practitioner).
