Ben Millinchip – Head of Project Management
Ben is Integrity’s Head of Project Management. In this role, he is a member of the senior management team charged with delivering Integrity’s portfolio of work in over 50 countries. Ben provides internal and external leadership on the design and delivery of the Project Management (PM) service as well as leading projects as Project Director. Prior to this, Ben was Integrity’s Head of Office in Pakistan, based in Islamabad, overseeing all aspects of the company’s work in the country. This included project delivery, operations, security, finance, business development and compliance.
Between 2009-2019, Ben worked for PricewaterHouseCoopers (PwC) as a senior manager in government sector consulting. During this time at PwC, Ben led international and national programmes across a range of sectors, specialising in national security issues. In 2015, he spent a year on secondment to the UK Civil Service as a Policy Adviser to the Vice Chief of Defence Staff.
Ben has an MSc with Distinction in International Security from the University of London (Birkbeck), and an MA in History from Oxford University. He is also an elected member of Chatham House and member of RUSI. He holds programme and project management qualifications in MSP and Prince2 (both practitioner).
