Ben Millinchip – Services Manager
Ben is a Services Manager based in Integrity’s Islamabad office. Ben works across the portfolio of in-country projects, in particular, he is currently providing technical monitoring and evaluation support to UK DFID work.
Prior to Integrity, Ben worked for PwC Consulting as part of the government sector practice. During this time he worked on both national and local programmes for the UK Government, in a range of policy, strategy and project management roles. Predominately a subject expert in security and justice issues, Ben has also spent time delivering major projects in healthcare, education and local government. During 2014-15 Ben also worked as part of the WHO Ebola Crisis Response Team, based in Geneva.
Ben has a Masters in International Security and Global Governance with Distinction from the University of London (Birkbeck), plus a BA in History from Oxford University. He is a specialist in the application of network theory within International Relations, with a focus on the shifting behaviours of non-state actor networks.
Ben is an elected member of Chatham House and member of RUSI. He holds project management qualifications in Prince2 and MSP (both practitioner).
