Alexandra is a Senior Manager within our Business Team, based in London, and oversees the management of consultant relationships. She brings together teams of consultants to deliver Integrity’s projects globally. She also coordinates Integrity’s participation on DFID and EC frameworks.

Before joining Integrity, she managed programmes for the NGO and private sectors. During her three years at IntoUniversity, she ran the primary schools engagement programme, and established and managed the Hackney Downs Learning Centre in East London. In Russia, Alexandra conducted qualitative research on racially motivated violence against the African migrant community and engaged with the human rights community to lobby the Russian government for policy change. She is also an experienced conference organiser, coordinating events in Moscow, London and New York.

Alexandra holds a BA in International Relations with Honours from the Australian National University and an MA in Governance and Development from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex.
