Integrity is seeking a Third Party Monitoring Manager for the anticipated USAID/Jordan Accountability and Research Team (ART) activity. The ART activity will provide third party monitoring (TPM); monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), as well as research, analysis, data visualization and mapping (R&A) services for USAID’s Middle East Bureau (MEB) programs implemented in Syria using use flexible, innovative and adaptive systems in case of unanticipated changes in USG policy and MEB Syria programs. This is anticipated to be a five-year activity.
The TPM Manager will oversee and support the effective design and implementation of the independent monitoring and framework for ART in Syria. The role of the TPM Manager will be to provide support the design and manage implementation of the TPM tools and work plans. The TPM Manager will manage activities to verify, track and analyze program performance according to USAID and IP established indicators and plans. The TPM Manager will apply quantitative and qualitative analysis to primary performance and contextual data of USAID/MEB Syria program. The TPM Manager will be responsible for the quality and timely submission of TPM deliverables as well as training and capacity development of relevant staff involved in the project.
