Integrity is seeking a dynamic, diplomatic, and ambitious Team Leader for a global monitoring, evaluation and learning contract to the UK government.
The UK government funds over £1 billion in programming per year through the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF). Operating in over 70 countries, CSSF is central to the UK government’s work overseas. CSSF will be contracting a service provider to implement monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) across its work. The primary objective of this MEL programme is to bring the CSSF to a level of evaluability. This will involve setting up systems across the Fund and integrating evidence and lessons into all of its programming.
The Team Leader will be responsible and accountable for the sound delivery of all programme activities and for building and maintaining a strong relationship with the client. Reporting to the CSSF’s Senior Responsible Officer and to Integrity’s Programme Director, the Team Leader sets and implements the strategic direction for the programme, manages day to day delivery, guides the delivery team, and adapts to a constantly changing delivery environment. The Team Leader is the key focal point between the programme and the stakeholder environment in which it operates. It is a role that requires strategic vision, implementation expertise, and effective, diplomatic management of stakeholders. The Team Leader will ensure tailored MEL is conducted through leveraging the skills and experience within the core team and the wider consortium.
