Somalia Monitoring and Learning Program (SMLP) II Request for Proposals

Somalia Monitoring and Learning Program (SMLP) II Request for Proposals

Closing Date: 1 Jul 2024

Style of Work: Office

Integrity leads the USAID Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) Somalia Monitoring and Learning Project II (SMLP – 2). We provide continuous feedback to the BHA, implementing partners, and other key stakeholders on project and activity progress, support rapid decision making, and facilitate ongoing learning and adaptation. Central to our approach is a comprehensive learning system to ensure monitoring becomes a tool for adaptive management and IP capacity building.

We seek to procure data collection, analysis, and verification services from a competent and qualified organization(s) within Somalia. These services will serve as a critical component of SMLP2’s third-party monitoring service offering that it provides to USAID/BHA by conducting data collection and analysis related to USAID/BHA-funded humanitarian activities in Somaliland and Somalia.

This subcontract award will initially focus on Somaliland, with occasional options to work in other parts of Somalia and/or neighboring countries. The overall goal of this subcontract is to increase BHA/Somalia’s access to independent, verifiable data related to the 1) quantity and quality of activities delivered, 2) performance of BHA-funded programs in Somaliland and Somalia, and 3) to verify the quality of select implementing partners’ (IP) data through data quality assessments (DQA).
