Senior Manager, Security & Risk

Full-time staff position based in the UK.

The Senior Manager, Security & Risk is a London-based senior management position within our Operations team, reporting to the Vice President, Operations. The Senior Manager, Security & Risk is responsible for the provision of Duty of Care and Risk Management direction for the UK Office, and support to project delivery and business development functions in accordance with company policies.

The Senior Manager, Security & Risk will provide specialist advice during UK proposal writing and project design to ensure effective risk management and context-appropriate delivery plans, as well as security and risk resource requirements are incorporated into UK Integrity projects.

The Senior Manager, Security & Risk oversees and has a technical management line to project-level Security Focal Points where applicable. The Senior Manager, Security & Risk will also assist the Vice President, Operations to refine existing systems and processes, as well as design and operationalise new ones to ensure Integrity remains a sector leader in Risk Management and operating in complex environments.
