Senior Manager, Projects

Full-time staff position based in the US, with up to 25-30% travel.

The Senior Manager will be particularly involved in project delivery. They will manage major projects, including USAID Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Platforms. Key activities include resource and work planning, budget management, reporting, systems and tool development, and team and client management. They will also support staff management and wider company learning.

The Senior Manager will support, and sometimes lead the technical design of bids for key US clients, particularly USAID. This includes developing appropriate and innovative approaches and methodologies, and writing technical proposals related to key services including MEL, Project Management, Research, Evidence & Analysis, and Data and Knowledge Management. Key thematic areas include fragility and violent conflict, climate security, humanitarian assistance and gender equality and social inclusion.
