Project Background: The UK government funds over £1 billion in programming per year through the Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF). Operating in over 70 countries, CSSF is central to the UK government’s work overseas. CSSF has contracted Integrity, and our partner LTS-Niras, to form the CSSF Global MEL Partnership (GMEL). GMEL supports the development of a stronger, more agile and more sustainable ‘ecosystem’ for monitoring, evaluation, learning (MEL) and their application in decision-making.

Senior Expert’s Scope of Work: We are seeking a Data and Knowledge Management specialist to be part of our core team and a key adviser to the GMEL team.As a member of the GMEL core team, you will work directly with the Data and Knowledge Management Head on the project, while also engaging regularly with team members across all practice areas. You will be leading and contributing to a range of interventions as a technical specialist, while also overseeing and/or managing other interventions.

Examples of interventions include: development of conflict and gender data and information monitoring practices, design and delivery of information, knowledge management and social learning tools, development of MEL platforms, development of fund-level knowledge management strategy and plans, online communities of practice guidance and support for client.
