Integrity is seeking a Field Coordinator – Research and Analysis for the anticipated USAID/Jordan Accountability and Research Team (ART) activity. The ART activity will provide third party monitoring (TPM); monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL), as well as research, analysis, data visualization and mapping (R&A) services for USAID’s Middle East Bureau (MEB) programs implemented in Syria using use flexible, innovative and adaptive systems in case of unanticipated changes in USG policy and MEB Syria programs. This is anticipated to be a five-year activity.
The Field Coordinator will be responsible for managing a team of Field Researchers in Syria. This includes coordinating and managing their movements, technical outputs, delivery of work, and risk exposure and safety, as well as providing training to build their capacity and skills. S/He will be responsible for supporting regular, high-quality written reports on conflict trends and developments in Syria and other deliverables, as requested.
