Deputy Chief of Party – USAID Data, Evaluation, Learning and Technical Assistance (DELTA) Activity

Full-time consultancy position, based in Monrovia, Liberia with regional travel.

Integrity is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for the anticipated five-year USAID DELTA activity. The new DELTA design will support the mission teams to allow agility and adaptability in the dynamic development context in Liberia; produce data-driven analyses to inform activity design and implementation; maintain a performance management system; and support data calls and reporting requirements that demand rapid assimilation and synthesis of various data points.

The cross-cutting DCOP position will support the Chief of Party in the overall management of the Delta activity, providing technical expertise and leadership and overseeing the program’s technical operations. S/he will ensure that quality standards and schedules are met, ensuring compliance with USAID guidance and reporting directly to the Chief of Party.
