Integrity is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Deputy Chief of Party for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) Monitoring Humanitarian Assistance Programming in Burma (MHAPB) Task Order. This activity will provide independent, verifiable primary data to USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) and its partners regarding the outputs, outcomes, progress, quality, challenges, successes and lessons learned from activities funded by BHA in Burma. The DCOP will provide the overall technical direction to our team on monitoring methodology and data analysis. She or he will be responsible for the technical design of the monitoring plan, data collection tools, leading engagement with implementing partners (IPs), and ensuring integrity of data and the overall monitoring system. The DCOP will also be responsible for managing the technical implementation of this project to ensure that the deliverables represent the outcomes of sound, ethical, and verifiable data collection and analysis.
