Deputy Chief of Party, CLAMP-2

Full-time position based in Accra, Ghana.

Integrity is looking for a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for the Collaborating, Learning, & Adapting and Monitoring Platform (CLAMP) Activity. The multi-year project will provide a range of monitoring, evaluation, learning, and adaptive management services to the USAID/West Africa Regional Mission staff and their implementing partners (IPs) across the Mission’s regional economic growth portfolio in alignment with the Regional Development Cooperation Strategy.

The DCOP will be responsible for leading and managing the technical work related to performance monitoring and analysis under this Activity. The USAID/West Africa Regional Economic Growth CLAMP Activity will support the USAID/West Africa Regional Mission and their IPs to through Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) service delivery, MEL capacity strengthening, and enhanced CLA.

Anticipated activities may include performance monitoring, program evaluation, and learning, in addition to strategic information support services to USAID/West Africa and their IPs across the Mission’s Economic Growth portfolio.
